How to Use:

1. Connect strap to the buckle that is on the brace.

2. Once strap is in place, put the brace on your shoulder.

3. Pull the long strap from under other arm, put it through the buckle, and now pull it from the other side of the buckle.

4. Secure the Hook&Loop and make sure to have a firm and secure fit.

Note:

1. It is NOT recommended to use high temperature for a long time to avoid burns.

2. Stop using it when you experience skin burn, uncomforted or any skin irritation.

3. Do not tumble dry. Wash it gently by hand in clean water.

4. It should be used in completely dry condition.

5. Never let any children using it without adult supervision.
